The order most founders run backwards
  1. Position.

    First. Until you know exactly who you serve and what you do for them, nothing downstream holds.

  2. Build.

    Then the systems. The infrastructure that turns the positioning into something your team runs without you in the room.

  3. Compound.

    Scale is what the first two produce. You do not chase it. You earn it, and then it keeps paying.

The order is the whole game.

The honest part

You think the problem
is your website.

It usually isn't. The problem is that your brand says one thing while your systems do another, and your team is stuck in the gap between them. A new website does not fix that. Getting the whole thing telling one story does.

That alignment is the actual work, and almost nobody sells it.

I've watched this play out a hundred times.

I'm Daniel. Twenty years in brand, UX, and AI work. Past projects for Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Mission Foods, and Mattel. Disability councils whose accessibility standards I still build by. NYU, Parsons, and Pratt as a teaching practice. Atlanta-based. Bilingual EN/ES.

None of that is why this works. What works is that I've seen the same bottleneck dissolve over and over. I know which moves come in which order. So you don't have to figure it out alone.
