As of 2018, Baked by Melissa has 14 locations in the New York City metropolitan area.

After launching their new Magento website there was a need to continue testing and improving the user experience of the shopping cart, checkout process, product filtering and categorization, product listing pages, and product detail pages which resulted in less questions and request for support from the customer service team.
